Blackshear Prospect Hill Neighborhood Association

Voting Membership is open to persons over the age of 18 who are Residents, Businesses, or Non-resident Owners of Property within the Territorial Boundaries of the Association.  Membership dues are $10 per year to be paid at the beginning of each year.  Membership application forms can be obtained on this site, at any meeting or from any officer listed on the contact page.
